How far in advance should I book?
Beacon families typically book 2 weeks ahead. Second Saturday weekends and summer are busiest. Table and tent rentals for weddings should be booked 4-6 weeks ahead.
What sizes of tents do you offer?
We offer pop-up canopy tents (10×10, 10×20) and larger frame tents for bigger events. We’ll recommend the right size based on your guest count and Beacon venue.
Do you set up on grass and pavement?
Yes! We set up on grass, driveways, patios, parking lots, and other flat surfaces throughout Beacon. We bring all necessary anchoring equipment.
Do you serve areas outside Beacon?
