School Event Rentals in Bethel, CT

Bethel Public Schools runs a packed event calendar — and our trucks are at a lot of those events. Whether it’s a Berry Elementary kindergarten graduation, a Johnson Elementary fall festival, an Anna H. Rockwell field day, a Bethel Middle School dance, or a Bethel High School senior week celebration on Whittlesey Drive, we’ve delivered for it. We work directly with PTAs, booster clubs, and school administrators throughout the Bethel Public Schools district.

School events we equip every year

Field day (May/June) — every Bethel elementary school does a version of this. Inflatable obstacle courses, bounce houses, water slides (June), tug-of-war, dunk tank for the principal. We typically arrive at 7am and clear out by 3pm same day so it doesn’t disrupt the school day after.

Fall carnivals and fundraisers (September-October) — usually PTA-organized, evening or weekend events on school grounds. Carnival games on tickets, concession food, bounce houses, sometimes a haunted-house inflatable for older grades. Ticket booth setup is included.

Kindergarten graduation and end-of-year (June) — smaller scale, single bounce house and a snow cone machine is the typical setup.

Spirit weeks and homecoming (Bethel Middle, Bethel High) — DJ-friendly setups, photo booths, larger inflatable obstacle courses for “class vs class” timed competitions.

Booster club fundraisers for Bethel athletics — tailgating tents, ticket booths, kid-zone inflatables to keep younger siblings entertained while older kids play their game.

Yes. PTAs that book in summer for fall events get first pick of inventory and locked-in pricing. We hold the date with no deposit until 60 days out.

Do you do indoor school events (gym, cafeteria)?
Yes. We have inflatable units sized to fit standard Bethel school gymnasium ceilings and modified anchoring for indoor floor protection.

What’s the policy if we have to cancel for weather or other closures?
Free reschedule to any future date within 12 months. No-fee cancellation up to 48 hours before the event.
